Become the COMPLETE BALANCED RUNNER: We are now adding Runner's X classes (x-training), SP-UN classes (spin & run) and Power & Balance classes (yoga/pilates) to our existing running program. New program begins Oct. 4th with our new indoor facility located at 900 Mallory Way #2 (Fitness Defined Studio) and we are exited to work with our new friends at Fitness Defined and Red Bike Cycling! Check out the calendar for workout schedule. This program is co-ed and welcomes all paces & abilities. |
